  3. To install:
  4.  
  5.   1.  Place the diskette in the appropriate drive (A or B)
  6.   2.  Create a directory on your hard drive called LABELS
  7.       >C:
  8.       >CD \
  9.       >MD LABELS
  10.       >CD \LABELS
  11.   3.  Run the self-extracting executable file on the diskette
  12.       >A:PS3
  13.         or
  14.       >B:PS3
  15.  
  16. The following files will be created in the C:\LABELS directory:

  35. Start the program:
  36.       >LABELS

  38. Running labels
  39.       The first step in the process is to enter names into your database.
  40. This may be accomplished by typing names directly into PreSort III or by
  41. importing an ASCII file from another application.  See the online Help for
  42. a complete description of both.  After importing names, you are ready to
  43. produce a mailing.  Your mailings may be to the printer, a standard ASCII
  44. disk file, or Word Processor file (WordPerfect and Word for Windows formats
  45. included).  These files may then be used to produce a Mail Merge from
  46. within your word processor.
